Late C18 or early C19 appearance. Coursed squared stone. Pantiled roof, stone copings and square kneelers. Rebuilt brick ridge and end chimneys. 1½ storeys, 3 windows, irregular. 2 upper windows are in stone gables breaking eaves whose copings rest on the lintels. One small window under eaves. Ground floor tri- partite early C19 windows with small opening lights. Plain boarded door in small C20 porch. Originally 2 cottages.
