Description

Ivy Cottage comprises two small cottages built together, likely in the late 18th or early 19th century. The cottages are constructed of coursed squared stone with a pan-tiled roof, stone copings, square kneelers, and brick chimneys. The two storeys have two windows above and four openings below, one of which is blocked. The original heavy lintels remain above the openings, although their positions have been slightly altered. A boarded door is present, alongside 20th-century casement windows with glazing bars. A pent roofed extension is located to the left. A trace of an older window is visible on the rear elevation. The cottage is included on the register primarily for its group value.
