Description
Rosedean and the cottage to the east of Rosedean are buildings from the late 18th century or early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed squared tooled stone and feature a pantiled roof with stone end copings and square kneelers, as well as central and end brick chimneys. The buildings may have originally served as a farmhouse and cottage. They are two storeys high and have a total of four windows, which are wide in proportion. The windows are late 19th century small sashes with glazing bars set in wooden architraves. The ground floor windows have wide lintels with keystones, similar to the two central boarded doors.
