GOATHLAND GOATHLAND VILLAGE NZ824005 20/99 Wheat Hill Cottage - II House. Early C19, with later extension. Squared sandstone with pantile roof. Central-entry plan. 2-storey, 3-window front with 1-storey, 1-window flanking wings. Projecting porch has 4-pane window in front and 6-panel, part-glazed door in right return. 16-pane sash windows to main front, and small 4-pane lights to wings, all with stone sills. Plain lintels to all openings. Coped gables and block kneelers. End stacks to main roof. Pent roofs to wings.
