Description

This is a house located to the east of Woodbine Cottage, likely built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of rubble, with some areas roughcast, and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and two first-floor windows. The central entrance consists of a part-glazed door set within a stone surround, topped with a projecting ashlar hood that has a gable finial supported by cyma reversa brackets. Each floor has two side-sliding sash windows framed in ashlar surrounds, with an additional inserted window on the ground floor to the left. The house also features cavetto-moulded kneelers and ashlar coping, along with end stacks.
