Description

Woodbine Cottage is a house, likely dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from coursed rubble with a concrete interlocking tile roof. The building is two storeys high, with a rear outshut, and has three first-floor window openings. Quoins are visible on the left-hand side. A central part-glazed door is set within a quoined surround, featuring projecting slabs on cavetto brackets forming an open pedimented hood. There are two-light casement windows with deep lintels, and a surround to a blind window above the door. The left side of the building has a cavetto-moulded kneeler and ashlar coping. External stacks are located at each end, with the one on the right being particularly prominent.
