Description

Laburnam Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century, which has undergone significant alterations since its original construction. It is built of coursed rubble with a concrete interlocking tile roof. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. Quoins are visible on the right-hand side. The third bay features a part-glazed four-panel door set within an ashlar quoined surround with an extended and keyed lintel. There are four-pane sash windows with ashlar sills and lintels. An ashlar coping is present on the right. A brick stack is situated between the first and second bays. The building is included on the listing for its group value.
