Description
Rose Villa is a house dating from the early 19th century, with later additions and alterations, located on the north side of The Green in Stillingfleet. The building is constructed of pinkish brown brick with red brick dressings and features a concrete pantile roof. It stands two storeys high and has three bays. The red brick quoins add to its character. The central entrance consists of a six-fielded-panel door topped by a fanlight with radial glazing bars, set within a pilastered doorcase that includes a frieze and hood. The windows are 16-pane sashes throughout, with red brick quoined jambs and flat arches made of gauged brick. The roof is hipped, and there are stacks at both ends.
