Farmhouse. Probably early C19 with later additions and alterations. Pinkish-brown brick with red rubbed brick dressings and stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays with central pedimented breakforward. Off-centre entrances are C20 part-glazed doors with overlights. Central bay has 20-pane tripartite sash to ground floor with 20-pane tripartite Yorkshire sash to first floor, otherwise 12-pane sashes or casement windows. All openings under flat arches of red rubbed brick. Dentil eaves band. Side and ridge stacks.
