  1. Includes Millgate corner frontage. Mid C18. Three storeys in red brick. Rusticated quoins. Welsh slate roof, hipped to the left. Five windows, no glazing bars. Moulded stone frames. Stone eaves cornice. Modern ground floor bank front in ashlar, projecting. Also Millgate elevation. Three windows. Ground floor windows irregular. Rusticated quoins, one rendered. Moulded stone doorcase with shaped jambs. Pulvinated frieze with centre panel and moulded cornice. Door of six panels. Left hand section of three storeys. Two windows, hung sashes with glazing bars and C18 bay with glazing bars. Wall with round-headed carriage arch, rusticated, with keystone, chamfered reveal for plain door.
