Description
This is a late 18th-century building on the south side of Market Place. It is three storeys high and has a stone slate roof. The walls are constructed of coursed rubble, with one brick and one rendered chimney stack. Originally, it had three windows, featuring stone arches and hung sash windows with glazing bars to the upper storey. The first-floor windows lack glazing bars and incorporate a 19th-century canted oriel with a panelled wooden base. There is a rectangular 19th-century shop window and a more recent shop window. A modern door provides access. The listed buildings on Market Place's south side form a group.
