Description

This is an 18th-century building located on the east side of Market Place. It is three storeys high and constructed of painted stucco, with a slate roof. The building has a small, moulded stone cornice and a parapet. It features three windows in plain stone frames, each with a rusticated keystone. The ground floor has a single window and a 19th-century canted bay window with shallow bars. The doorcase is constructed of moulded stone, featuring shaped jambs, a pulvinated frieze, and a dentil cornice. The building is part of a group with numbers 56 to 61.
