GV II

Pair of cottages. c1800. Squared limestone with brick eaves course; brick outbuilding to no 44; corrugated asbestos roof with brick stacks, one rebuilt. 2-storey, 4-window front. Central doors to both cottages and 2- -light, 24-pane horizontal sliding sashes with painted stone sills throughout. Painted tooled wedge lintels to ground-floor openings, and painted timber lintels to first-floor windows. Rear: lean-to outbuilding to no 45 and single-storey outshut to no 44 with catslide roof. End and centre stacks.
