Description

Number 33 and 34, along with the attached garages, are a house and outbuilding that have been converted into two cottages and garages. They date from the late 18th century but have earlier origins and have undergone subdivision and alteration in the 20th century. The building features squared limestone on a limestone rubble plinth, with a brick eaves course. The upper part of the gable end on the right has been rebuilt in brick. The roof is made of pantiles and has a brick stack.

The front of the building is two stories high with three windows, and there is a single-storey range of garages to the right. The doors, which were added in the 20th century, are located at the centre left and at the end right. Throughout the building, there are three-light small-pane casements with painted stone sills. All openings, except for the window and door on the ground floor right, have painted tooled lintels; the lintels for the ground floor right window and door are plain. The garage doors in the range to the right also have painted and plain lintels. There is a stack at the end left of the house.
