SE 8370 SETTRINGTON VILLAGE STREET (east side) 10/92 Nos 33 and 34 and 10.10.66 attached garages

GV II House and outbuilding; now 2 cottages and garages. Late C18 with earlier origins; C20 subdivision and alteration. Squared limestone on limestone rubble plinth with brick eaves course; upper part of gable end to right rebuilt in brick; pantile roof with brick stack. 2-storey, 3-window front with single-storey range of garages to right. C20 doors to centre left and end right. 3-light small-pane casements with painted stone sills throughout. Painted tooled lintels to all openings except window and door to ground floor right, which are plain. Lintels to C20 garage doors in range to right are painted and plain. End left stack to house.
