Description

Farm Cottage and Guy Reed Farms Estate Office is a house built in the mid to late 18th century, consisting of two sections. The left gable is made of squared sandstone in coursed rubble, while the right gable is constructed from red brick. The property features a pantile roof with 20th-century brick stacks. It has two storeys, with two first floor windows on the left side and one on the lower right side. The left portion has four-pane sash windows set in flush wood architraves, while the right portion has Yorkshire sash windows. There is a four-panel door with an oblong fanlight located to the left of the right portion, and similar voussoirs are found above the ground floor windows.
