Description

This is a mile-post located approximately 20 metres north of Cliff Top House. It dates from the mid-19th century and is made of cast iron. The mile-post features a triangular section pillar with a sloping top. It is inscribed with "Skipton 17" on the front, "Pateley 2" on the left face, and "Ripon 9" on the right face.
