Description
Manor House is a 17th-century house constructed from coursed squared stone and ashlar, topped with a concrete tile roof. The building has two storeys and four bays, following a lobby-entrance plan. The central entrance features a board door set in a chamfered moulded stone surround with a basket-arched head, topped by a continuous hoodmould and a small square blind panel with a moulded edge above it.
To the left of the entrance is a double-chamfered six-light mullioned window with a central major mullion, also under a continuous hoodmould. To the right, there is a similar four-light window. On the first floor, the left side has a four-light double-chamfered mullioned window that retains only the central mullion. To its right is a three-light double-chamfered mullioned window, followed by a similar two-light window. The right-hand bay features a three-light double-chamfered mullioned window, with a flat-faced two-light mullion window adjoining to the right. The house is adorned with shaped kneelers and stone copings, and it has end stacks along with one on the ridge, with two to the left that have plinths and cornices.
