House. Dated 1662, with C19 alterations. Coursed squared gritstone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storey, 3-bay main range of lobby-entry plan with 2-bay wing projecting from bay 3 of 2 storeys with attic. Main range: board door to bay 2 has chamfered lintel, hoodmould and recessed panel above; 6-light recessed-chamfered mullion window under hoodmould to left, 5-light window above; inserted 4-pane window to right and a single window above the door. Projecting wing: mullion windows as main range: of 5 lights to ground and first floors; of 3 blind stepped lights to attic. Dripmould over ground- floor window, with labels carved with flower motif flanking window; continuous hoodmould to first floor, hoodmould and carved stone plaque dated 1662 to attic. Shaped kneelers with decorative finials and gable copings to main range and cross wing; stack to left gable, ridge above door, and an external stack to cross wing, right. Interior: front left: chamfered cross beam; large fireplace with wooden bressumer beam and stone arch behind entrance. Cross wing: corner post and tie-beam of truss visible in partition wall.
