Mile-post. Mid C19. Cast iron attached to gritstone support. Approximately one metre high, triangular in section with rounded head. Inscriptions: head - "SKIPTON & KNARESBOROUGH / ROAD / TIMBLE"; left face: "HARROGATE 11 MILES / KYARESBORO 13½ MILES"; right face: "SKIPTON 11 MILES".
