Description
Bay View Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse that has been extended later and is now used as a house. The front is whitewashed and rendered, while the right side is whitewashed chalk, and the left side features chalk with brick quoins. The building has a pantile roof and brick stacks. It has a central staircase plan, is one room deep, and includes a rear extension. The farmhouse is two stories high with a symmetrical three-window front. The central entrance has a six-panel door with an overlight, which is currently obscured by a house name board. The ground floor features tall four-pane sash windows, while the first floor has square windows of a similar style. All ground floor openings are topped with painted wedge lintels, and there are stone sills beneath all windows. The building has end stacks.
