Farmhouse. Dated 1685 and early C19. Coursed squared stone, ashlar, graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. Central board door and overlight with glazing bars in quoined stone surround. All windows are 16-pane sashes in plain stone surrounds. Kneelers, moulded coping, end stacks. Right return has outshut. To right a board door set in quoined chamfered surround with basket-arched lintel bearing date "1685", above a hoodmould. To left a 5-light double-chamfered mullioned window with hoodmould, above a similar window of 4-lights. To gable a blind stepped 3- light mullion window with hoodmould.
