Milepost. C19. Cast iron with stone support. Triangular in section, with round head. Approximately one metre high. Inscriptions: head, 'Knaresborough and Green Hammerton Road Goldsborough'. Left face, 'Knaresborough 2 miles'. Right face, 'Green Hammerton 6 miles'. The plate is attached to the support by 2 bolts through the head.
