Farmhouse and flanking walls. Late C18. Red brick, English bond, pantile roof with 2 lowest courses of stone flags. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with a central 3-sided projecting bay. This central bay has a C20 window ground floor centre, 8-pane side-sliding sash above, and flanking recesses to ground and upper floor. Bay 1 has a 12-pane side-sliding sash to ground floor, with similar but smaller window above. Bay 3 has a blind window to ground floor and 8-pane side-sliding sash above. Windows and recesses have flat brick arches. Ashlar ground-floor sill band. Hipped roof to main block of projecting bay. Single central stack in rear roof pitch. Flanking walls approximately 10 metres long, with C20 board doors under round brick arches, link house to barn (north side, q.v.) and outbuilding (south side, q.v.).
