Contemporary with Rectory. Wall of coursed sandstone blocks with quoins and flat copings has rounded south-east corner and then slopes down at south side; doors to north and south sides. Lean-to summer house under C20 graduated slate roof projects externally on east side; semicircular entrance arch in east garden wall is fronted by Tuscan columns carrying entablature. Ha-ha wall runs across front of house and garden.
