Description

The garden wall to the west of Rectory House is an early 18th-century structure that encloses the garden of the Rectory House. It is built of coursed limestone rubble, with Flemish bond brick on the inner face. Square piers flank an early 20th-century iron gate located in the returned wall near Rectory House. Attached to the garden side of the wall is a gazebo made of squared and coursed limestone, featuring some Flemish bond brick and a hipped stone slate roof, which was remodeled in the 20th century. This wall is included for its group value with the Rectory House.
