Description

The garden wall to the Old Rectory, dating from 1615, encloses the garden on the north-east, south-east, and south-west sides. It is constructed of stone rubble and features coping, standing five feet or higher in some areas. The wall on the east side includes an entrance to the house, which is flanked by stone pilasters topped with a moulded cornice. Behind the entrance, there is a door with six panels. The wall incorporates some very old masonry, indicating its historical significance.
