Description
No. 1 St John's Hill is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a fishscale tile roof. It faces southeast and features three mullioned windows on the ground floor, with a two-light casement window above. The central wing has three small windows with dripstones on the ground floor and one above, flanked by two projecting two-storey gabled wings. The left wing has ground floor windows with a continuous dripstone above, and an upper window also with a dripstone. The right wing contains a window above and a door below, both featuring dripstones.
