Description
Ash Grove is a mid-19th century villa located on Alexandra Road. The villa is constructed of stucco with a hipped slate roof. It features double-sash windows with stone mullions. The front facade, facing the road, incorporates a two-storey canted bay window with sashes. The garden front includes a porch, two sashes above a single sash window, and a wing with two sashes on each floor. All windows are set within stone architraves and exhibit unusual glazing bars.
