Description

Hill House and its coach house date to 1829. The house is built with a roughcast finish over stone and has a slate roof. It is two storeys high and features sash windows and stone architraves around the doorway, which has a rectangular fanlight. A round-arched staircase window is set into the left-hand gable end facing the road. To the rear stands an integral coach house constructed from red sandstone, incorporating a depressed, rusticated arch and an L-shaped plan.
