Description

This is an early 19th century villa. It is constructed of scored stucco and has two storeys, featuring a moulded and dentilled cornice. The central doorway is round-arched, with impost details. Flanking the doorway are two sash windows, each set within a stone architrave. Above the windows is a further three sash windows, also within stone architraves. A round-arched fanlight, with delicate glazing bars characteristic of the local style, sits over the doorway.
