Description
Nos 30 and 31 on Arthur Street are 19th-century houses featuring a Victorian plaster facade. The facade is adorned with two full-height ornate Corinthian pilasters, moulded door and window dressings, dentils along the main cornice, and channelled joints that simulate masonry, all painted. The original glazing bars have been removed. The ground floor has two windows, while the upper floor has three. Inside, both houses boast elaborate Victorian plaster ceilings in the ground floor rooms.
