Description

Nos 2 and 3 Cowley Place are early 19th-century houses. They are plastered and painted, standing three storeys tall in a square block design. Each house features two windows, although the windows are unevenly divided between them. The houses have sash windows with glazing bars and panelled doors that have rectangular lights above. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
