Description

12 and 13 St Clement’s Street are a house and shops, dating from the early 18th century, but remodelled in the 19th century. The building is three storeys high, with a stuccoed timber-frame construction. It features a modillioned eaves cornice and a Welsh slate roof. The upper floors contain 19th-century sash windows; those on the first floor are bay windows. Numbers 9 to 13 St Clement’s Street form a group.
