Description

Nos 2 and 3 Canal Road are an early 19th century pair of houses designed as one unit. They are two storeys high and slate hung, with the ground floor situated below road level. The building features a hipped slate roof with wide eaves. The central block slightly projects and has three windows set within three two-storey round-headed recesses. The sides originally had lean-to structures, one of which has been altered, and each side includes a small casement window with segmented heads above a round-headed doorway. There are cast iron railings present.
