Description

No 25 Plymouth Road is a building dating from around 1830. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior with a hipped slate roof. The front features three sash windows that retain their glazing bars, along with a stringcourse and a rusticated ground floor. The central doorcase is topped with a rectangular fanlight. There are also attached spear railings. The rear of this building connects to No 1 Canal Road, which is included in the group value context.
