Description

No. 58 Grosvenor Road is a building dating from around 1830. It stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco, with the ground floor featuring a rusticated design. The roof is covered with slate and has an eaves cornice. The front of the building is flanked by grooved pilasters and includes a stringcourse. There are three sash windows with intact glazing bars, while the ground floor windows have segmental heads with keystones above them. The entrance features a doorcase with pilasters, a projecting cornice supported by consoles, and a rectangular fanlight above a door with six fielded panels.
