Description

No. 70 is a circa 1830 stucco building. It is two storeys high and has three sash windows, each set within an arched recess, with bays defined by plain pilasters. A plain wood doorcase features a rectangular fanlight, a cornice hood porch supported by slender cast iron columns, and a part-glazed door. The building has plain eaves and a hipped slate roof.
