Description

No. 10 Chetwynd Road is an early 19th-century building featuring engraved stucco. It stands two storeys high and has three sash windows, with the lower windows set in moulded architraves. There is a sill band at the first floor level and a plain doorway topped with a heavy cornice hood supported by consoles. The building also has a plain frieze and eaves, and it is covered with slate roofing.
