Description

Beechhill is a small mansion built around 1801, located set back from Chetwynd Road in its own grounds. The building is two storeys high and features five sash windows. It has a semi-circular headed doorcase with a plain fanlight, a part-glazed divided door, and a plain pilaster portico with a semi-circular head and keyblock. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The interior of the mansion is largely unaltered and retains a good original mahogany staircase.
