Description

Hanover Lodge, located at No 4 Hanover Road, dates from 1746 and is a mid-19th century building. It stands three storeys tall with a semi-basement, and is finished in stucco. The façade features two sash windows with intact glazing bars, one of which is a three-light bow window. The entrance has a doorcase with a hood supported by brackets, leading up six stone steps that are complemented by a wrought iron handrail. Hanover Lodge is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 8, which are consecutive.
