Description
22 Mount Ephraim Road is a building dating from around 1830, located on the north side of Mount Ephraim Road. It is three storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior with an eaves cornice. The upper floors feature three sash windows with intact glazing bars. On the first floor, there is an iron balcony, although the original hood has been replaced with tiles. Below the hood, there are two bay windows. The entrance is marked by a solid porch that includes pilasters and a low rectangular fanlight. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 18 to 24 (even).
