MOUNT EPHRAIM ROAD 1. 1746 (North Side) No 22 TQ 5839 NW 3/54 24.11.66. II GV 2. Circa 1830. 3 storeys stuccoed. Eaves cornice. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact to upper floors. Iron balcony on 1st floor, the original hood now replaced with tiles. 2 bay windows beneath the hood. Solid porch with pilasters and low rectangular fanlight. Nos 18 to 24 (even) form a group.
