Description

20 Mount Ephraim Road is a building dating from around 1860, located on the north side of Mount Ephraim Road. It is three storeys tall and constructed from yellow brick, topped with a slate roof that features a bracket eaves cornice. The building has two sash windows, one of which is a three-light window set within moulded surrounds. There is a pediment above the left side first-floor window, and the ground floor window is flanked by pilasters. The entrance has a simple doorcase. This building is included for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Nos 18 to 24 (even).
