Description

No. 37, Mount Ephraim is a circa 1830 building of three storeys, originally stuccoed and now with a slate roof. The front features two sash windows with intact glazing bars, set within moulded architraves. The first floor includes one French window and a three-light bay window. A later shopfront has been added. The building is listed for its group value, alongside Nos. 29 to 37 (odd).
