Description
38 Mount Ephraim is a late 18th century to early 19th century building that stands three storeys tall and is finished in stucco with a slate roof. It features two sash windows, some of which still have their original glazing bars. The first floor includes a curved bow window with intact glazing bars. A decorative figure of a merman is applied to the wall. The building has a modern shopfront. Nos 38 to 42 (even) are part of a group of buildings.
