Description

Hanover Strict Baptist Chapel, located on Hanover Road, was built in 1746 and is dated 1834. The chapel features two storeys with a red brick front elevation and painted brick on the side. It has a pediment-shaped gable and three sash windows with metal Gothic glazing. A square-columned porch with a cornice and hipped slate roof enhances the entrance. The side elevation includes four additional sash windows. The chapel is part of a group with Nos 1 to 8, which are consecutive properties.
