Description

No 16 on Plymouth Road is a detached house dating from around 1840. It is two storeys high and has a stucco exterior. The house features a central gable and a slate roof, which is complemented by diagonally set chimneys. There are three casement windows, which are either mullioned or have both mullions and transoms. A notable feature of the house is the projecting porch wing, which has a 4-centred arch.
