Description

This is a mid-19th century building on the south-east side of Arthur Street. Constructed from red sandstone with quoins and blocked eaves, it has a semi-basement with three square sashes. The building has three main storeys, with stone steps leading to three panelled doors, each set within a pilastered stone case topped with a cornice and featuring a small fanlight. The first floor has three six-paned sashes within stone architraves, while the top floor has six similar sashes.
