Description

This is a mid-18th century red brick building on Barker Street. It is two storeys high and has four sash windows. The windows have modern single-pane glazing bars, channelled lintels, and keyblocks. A band runs horizontally across the facade, and quoins are visible on the left-hand side only. The entrance is marked by a plain wooden pilaster doorcase, featuring a rectangular fanlight and a cornice hood. The building has dentilled stone eaves and a tiled roof.
