Description

21 Arthur Street is a mid-19th century building designed in the Greek Revival style. It is constructed of grey sandstone ashlar and features a stone eaves cornice, wall plate, stone band, and plinth. The building has a hipped roof and plain pilasters that rise to full height at the corners. The entrance is highlighted by a porch supported by two Doric columns, which are topped with a plain frieze and cornice. On the ground floor, there are two six-paned sash windows, and above, there are three more sash windows, all set within moulded stone architraves.
