  1. Mid C19, Greek Revival. Grey sandstone ashlar with stone eaves cornice, wall plate, stone band and plinth. Hipped roof. Plain pilasters full height at angles. Entrance with two Doric columns to porch, with plain frieze and cornice. Two 6-paned sash windows on ground floor and 3 above, all in moulded stone architraves.
