  1. Circa 1820. A Gothic Revival "folly"-type cottage, coursed stone rubble with red sandstone dressings. Centre square tower of 2 storeys, windows with 4-centred arched heads and labels. Two single storey wings, each with one square-headed window with label, all windows with wood casements and pointed arched heads. Stone bay window on east side. Plain battlemented parapets.
